- Staying at this property happens at my own risk. Management, owners, or staff cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or death during the stay.
- Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed. It is also not allowed to enter the property with more guests than booked. The local police (pecalang) will step in if this is not respected.
- The guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property during my stay.
- The guest is responsible for personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry, clothing, etc. Management, the owner, and the staff cannot be held accountable for missing or damaged items. Please use the safety deposit box to store your belongings.
- It is not allowed to bring pets/animals.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking is permitted outside; please use an ashtray.
- I understand that the property is in a natural and tropical environment. Therefore, it is possible that wild animals and insects may be present. I acknowledge potential risks and understand that management, owners, and staff are not responsible for this.
- Management, owners, or staff cannot be held responsible for damage, injuries, loss, or death due to Force Majeure, such as tsunamis, earthquakes, volcano eruptions, etc.
- Respect the staff, other guests, and neighbors. Any form of (noise) disturbance is not tolerated.
- I understand there is probably a check-in on the day of my check-out. Check-out times need to be respected.
- Any outstanding payment of the reservations has to be paid before check-in.
- Any extra bills during the stay need to be settled upon check-out.
- Guests are asked to wait while the staff performs a final check on the condition of the facilities in the villa.
