The Space
Tennis, Cinema, Billiard + Gym
The entrance of the villa can be recognized by the beautiful artwork on the facade. You will step into the large living room with an open kitchen, billiard, and lounge area. The living room can be opened entirely or closed off and has 2 Sonos PLAY:3 speakers. This area is designed to create ample breezy airflow with several additional ceiling and wall fans for your comfort.
There are two rooms downstairs with king-sized King Koil matrasses. The third bedroom downstairs has bunk beds. All rooms have air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms.
The gym is equipped with weights, a rowing machine, and yoga mats.
A unique feature is the home cinema—an insulated room with a 75-inch TV and Dolby Surround. Netflix is already installed and is ready to use.
The second floor consists of two identical master bedrooms—large beds with King Koil matrasses, 42 Inch TVs, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. There is a massive balcony that connects both rooms, with amazing views. On a clear day, you can see Java and the volcanoes of Bali.
The outdoor area exists on two levels. The lowest level has a full-size tennis court. Tennis equipment is available, and we can arrange tennis lessons (depending on availability).
The level above has a 25-meter infinity pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The villa offers a private Chef. He is available to freshly prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner, which are chargeable.

House of Reservations is responsible for managing Villa Paradise Uluwatu. We can assist you with any inquiries.
Our team on-site will be responsible for you during your stay; villa manager, housekeeping, gardener, and security at night. We can also arrange extra services, such as an in-house massage, a private chef, a tennis coach, or a private driver.
Neighborhood overview
The villa is located in a central location in Ungasan. Beaches, beach clubs, GWK (cultural park), and Uluwatu temple are easily accessible from here. Nirmala Supermarket is within walking distance for your daily groceries.
Getting Around
The supermarket and some restaurants are close from the villa, but you can also use the application Go-Jek to have your food delivered from the restaurants in the surroundings.
Taxis and day tours can be arranged. When your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message where an airport transfer can be booked online.
