Villa Kikaa
Villa Kikaa opened in April 2022 and is a stylish villa with Balinese touches in the heart of Bingin. The concept of the semi-open living room looks out over the private pool and tropical garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining table, the perfect spot for a lavish dinner.
Two bedrooms have king-sized beds, air conditioning, and have ensuite bathrooms.
The third bedroom makes it the perfect place to stay with kids; two single beds, a desk, and a TV.

The Space
Semi-Open Concept with Balinese Twist
Stepping through the main door, you will enter the tropical garden with a private pool, sunbeds, and umbrella. It is the perfect spot to relax on a sunny day. You will see Balinese wood carvings, statues, and decorations throughout the house.
The semi-open living room has a large sofa + lounge chair, a dining table that fits eight people, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The single-story villa has three bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests.
Two bedrooms have large king-sized beds, air-conditioning, and large wardrobes. One bedroom has a private pool, while the other shares the bathroom with the 3rd bedroom.
The third bedroom has two single beds, flatscreen TV and a desk. It makes it the perfect place to stay as a family.
Guest Access
A car and scooters can be parked in front of the villa.
The villa will be reserved for you, but housekeeping will clean the house daily.
Our staff will be around to make sure the villa is in a pristine condition and will assist you with any inquiries during your stay.
Neighborhood overview
Villa Kikaa is located in the heart of Bingin, with gyms, yoga, restaurants, bars, shops, and beaches within walking distance.
Casa Asia and Cashew Tree can be reached within 5 minutes, and there is a mini-mart located opposite the villa.
Getting Around
Airport transfers:
Located on 19 km from the airport and it will take about 45 minutes, depending on traffic. We can organize an airport transfer.
Taxis:
Taxis can be ordered at any moment by the staff. These taxis are a bit more expensive, but we have to cooperate with the local taxi community. Online taxis are not allowed and cannot pick you up (drop off only).
Scooters:
Scooters can be rented right away at the property and cost 80k IDR per day. We advice to only drive a scooter if you have experience, but it is the best option to go around.
Daytours:
We can assist with organizing day tours for you in advance or at the property with the staff.
Walking:
Bingin beach is 5 mins walk, restaurants and convenience stores can be reached by foot.
