We have 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, kitchen, large private pool, fast internet and private parking for scooters and car. The lush garden has 2 traditional wooden houses converted into bedrooms.

The bedrooms with king-sized beds are equipped with air-conditioning and have ensuite bathrooms.

The living room has a large dining table that fits 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a small oven, and an airfryer.

The villa has a private pool with sunloungers and a large garden.

Guest Access

All of the facilities in the property are yours during your stay. When you book the villa for 4 guests you only have access to the main building, more than 4 guests you will also have access to the joglos.

Neighborhood overview

Umalas is an upcoming tourism spot in Bali, loved by many expats. Not that crowded as Canggu or Seminyak, but easy to reach with some hip restaurants in Jalan Bumbak. Batu Belig Beach is 2.3 km from the accommodation, while Berawa Beach is 2.3 km away. The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport, 14.5 km from the villa.

Getting Around

The best way to go around is by scooter if you are experienced.

  • Strictly no events or gatherings allowed.
  • Noise will not be tolerated.
  • No smoking inside
  • No pets allowed
  • There is construction next door on the doorstep from 8 AM – 5 PM. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay.Due to the possible daytime noise we are offering reduced rates. If it is too noisy for you during your stay, you can cancel your stay, and we will refund the nights you have not been staying.
