The Space
Mediterranean 3-Bedroom in Canggu
Villa Avanti features two-story buildings. As you approach the villa, you can fully disconnect and pamper in the elegance and simplicity of the pristine landscape surrounding you.
The pool is nestled right in the front facade of the buildings, decorated by the unique arch built-in bench, and surrounded by tropical plants. The expansive steel-framed windows and doors link up the interior of the house to the exterior, bringing the natural surroundings inside. You can also create a spacious indoor/outdoor open living space by opening the glass door.
The house is decorated with antique artisan crafts that you can spot inside the living room. The living room has an LED TV screen, comfy sofas, and contemporary rattan chairs.
The kitchen area is situated right beside the living room. It is fully equipped with a kitchen island and an in-dining room table suitable for up to six guests.
The first floor also features one bedroom suite, while the remaining two are on the second floor. The natural color palette in these bedroom suites feels warm and inviting. Each bedroom is designed with a minimalist concept and furnished with rustic decorations. It is also equipped with a private en-suite bathroom.
Guest Access
The villa and pool will be reserved for you. There will be a host who will be your contact person during your stay. We have a team existing of housekeeping, gardener, and pool boy to make sure that the villa is in pristine condition.
Neighborhood overview
The Canggu area is a fantastic area to explore. It’s an up-and-coming area of Bali that still retains plenty of local scenery and rice fields but also offers excellent restaurants, cafes, small eateries, healthy options, and juice spots.
Many restaurants, beachfront bars, and entertainment are all within walking distance.
Central Seminyak is only a 10-15 minutes drive by car, so you can enjoy all the different aspects of Bali then escape back to your own private oasis.
Getting Around
The beach, shops and restaurants are accessible by foot. The best way to explore the surroundings is to rent a scooter. For longer trips, we can arrange taxi’s for you. The price is a bit higher, as locals protect this industry and online taxi’s are not allowed here.

- Noise will not be tolerated.
- No smoking inside
- No pets allowed
- There is construction next door on the doorstep from 8 AM – 5 PM. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay.Due to the possible daytime noise we are offering reduced rates. If it is too noisy for you during your stay, you can cancel your stay, and we will refund the nights you have not been staying.
