The Space
Spacious Modern Villa with Private Pool
As soon as you step into the villa, the massive swimming pool welcomes you along with the footpath leading you to the semi-open living room. The living area is beautifully designed, with a wooden floor and warm colors, making it feel inviting to the residents. You will see plenty of gathering spots in the living room. The kitchen area is also in the living space, with a stove, fridge, and bar stools.
The villa has two stories. There are two bedroom suites on the lower floor and the other two on the second floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a dreamy bathtub where you may immerse yourself while sipping a glass of wine. This bathroom suite links up to the next bedroom suite. The suite is furnished with queen size beds, a wardrobe, and a private shower.

The Space
5BR Villa with Private Pool
Stepping into the villa, you will see an open-plan living space with comfortable sofas overlooking the pool. There is a kitchenette where you can make a quick meal, and it’s complete with an outdoor dining table in the living room area.
All the bedroom suites are placed on the left wing of the villa plan.
Each room is paired with an open-aired sliding transparent door to let the sunlight bring out freshness. The room is furnished with a double-size bed flat LED TV screen. The room also has an air-conditioning and en-suite private bathroom, including a sink, shower, and walk-in wardrobe.
For your family or friends who wish to take a tropical Bali vacation while still feeling private, Aram villa will be the ideal home for your getaway.
Guest Access
By bookings this listing, you will have access to all 5 bedrooms and the private pool. Aram residence exists of 2 villas, which share the parking space. You will be able to meet guests from the other villa there.
House of Reservations is handling reservations for this property. The host during your stay will be Nyoman, the villa manager who will be onside. Together with his team, he will be available to assist you with any inquiries. The team will clean the property daily.
Neighborhood overview
The Canggu area is a fantastic area to explore. It’s an up-and-coming area of Bali that still retains plenty of local scenery and rice fields but also offers excellent restaurants, cafes, small eateries, healthy options, and juice spots.
Echo beach, known for its amazing waves, and La Brisa are only a 10-minute walk away.
Many restaurants, beachfront bars, and entertainment are all within walking distance. Batu Bolong is only a 10-minute walk.
Central Seminyak is only a 10-15 minutes drive by car, so you can enjoy all the different aspects of Bali and then escape back to your own private oasis.

The beach, shops, and restaurants are accessible by foot.
Scooters can be rented as well, we only recommend this to experienced drivers.
