In the middle of the joglo is a kingsize bed made out of concrete with high quality matras overlooking the pool. On one side of the bed is a desk with fridge and safety deposit box under it, On the other side is a daybed (220cm x 100cm) and can be set up as an additional bed and allows you to travel with a group of 3. The bedroom is equipped with airconditioning. At the back of the joglo are 2 closets build into the wall.
The ensuite bathroom is semi open, has 2 sinks, 2 showers and bathtub

The Space
Minimalist-Mediterranean Style Villa
Stepping into the villa, you will find complete grill equipment, an out-dining table, and a bench. Next to it, there is a private pool with a day bed.
The villa is designed with french arched doors and windows. Strolling inside the mansion, you will see an in-dining room table in the middle, and on the right wing, there is a spacious sunken living room that is cozy and inviting. The living room is furnished with one large led screen TV and beautifully designed with arched-french windows that could be used as a photo shoot stage.
The kitchen area has an island that could be the perfect place to prepare your meal. It also has one refrigerator and oven.
On the left wing of the first floor, you will find one bedroom with a stunning view of the outdoor area and a private shower. This bedroom has two access through the living room door or the arched door beside the pool.
The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The rooms are designed with a minimalist style with a boho decor scheme. Rattan wardrobes and rustic furniture make the bedroom beautiful in its clarity. Each bedroom has a private shower and balcony with a glass window.

The Space
OCEAN FRONT 3 BEDROOM VILLA
An ocean-facing facade beach house consists of 2 levels. The first level features two-bedroom suites that maximize the sea view. Each room is equipped with an air-conditioner and a private en-suite bathroom.
The wooden staircase will also take you to the second floor, where an open area with lounges is a popular gathering place for family and friends. A cozy living room space with an LED TV and complete kitchen set is found on the second floor. A white kitchen island with several seating spaces is positioned adjacent to the shiplap wall decor and rattan pendant lighting, two excellent contemporary kitchen design elements that complete a homey atmosphere.
In contrast, the balcony facade is fully glazed with composite glass sliding doors and window panels that open up and embrace the beach landscape. The balcony area features a dining table and barbeque grill equipment. The balcony, constructed with a wooden deck flooring layout and an artificial straw-thatched roof, creates a tropical ambiance and is ideal for you to assemble with friends or family.
The second floor also features one bedroom suite with an air-conditioner and a private shower.
The Mahi Mahi Beach Shack is designed to be a fun place to spend time with your loved one, family, or friends.
Please be advised that the path to the beach house is over the steep staircase.
Guest Access
The villa and pool will be reserved for you. There will be a host who will be your contact person during your stay. We have a team existing of housekeeping, gardener, and pool boy to make sure that the villa is in pristine condition.
Neighborhood overview
Pererenan is a quaint seaside community that offers a stunning combination of outstanding surf breaks and rolling green rice fields encircled by a scenic black sand beach. Pererenan, which blends in with hip Canggu, is slowly gaining popularity while retaining a more laid-back Balinese vibe.
Pererenan is known for being a more tranquil and peaceful area. You will see plenty of Balinese houses, Hindu temples, and private villas around the neighborhood.
Located only 8 minutes from the Canggu center, Pererenan will be the perfect neighborhood for you who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the Canggu main area.
Getting Around
Pererenan is located in the up-north of Canggu area and approximately 45 minutes drive from the Airport. Driving further from the area, you will find a UNESCO Heritage of Jatiluwih rice fields.
There are only a few eateries and cafes in the neighborhood, but if you can’t find what you’re searching for, it only takes a few minutes to drive to the Canggu Center using the shortcuts.
The most convenient ways to get to the beach are on foot or by bicycle. We provide scooter rentals so that you may get around Pererenan more easily.
