A Colorful Retreat with Stylish Interiors Villa

The home features three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, an airy open plan living/dining space perfect for spending time with friends and family, and a stunning pool deck with lush tropical landscaping and an upper-level outdoor living room directly off the master suite.

The living area is a cozy spot to unwind and enjoy entertainment with a TV, while the fully equipped kitchen allows for culinary adventures. Step outside and discover the inviting swimming pool, where you can take a refreshing dip and soak up the tropical ambiance.

Localita House’s colorful interior adds a sense of vibrancy and energy to the space, creating an exciting and enjoyable atmosphere.

This is the only property in Bali fully designed and furnished by ModShop at this time. ModShop owns several boutique vacation rental properties in vacation destinations including Palm Springs, Miami, and Laguna Beach, California, and now Bali.

Guest Access

The villa and pool will be reserved for you. There will be a host who will be your contact person during your stay. We have a team existing of housekeeping, gardener, and pool boy to make sure that the villa is in pristine condition.

Neighborhood overview

Umalas is an upcoming tourism spot in Bali, loved by many expats. Not that crowded as Canggu or Seminyak, but easy to reach with some hip restaurants in Jalan Bumbak. Batu Belig Beach is 2.3 km from the accommodation, while Berawa Beach is 2.3 km away. The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport, 14.5 km from the villa.

Getting Around

The beach, shops and restaurants are accessible by foot. The best way to explore the surroundings is to rent a scooter. For longer trips, we can arrange taxi’s for you. The price is a bit higher, as locals protect this industry and online taxi’s are not allowed here.
