The Space
A Luxurious 2-Storey Bamboo in Ubud’s Heart
Golden Bamboo is a celebration of sustainable luxury. As you step inside, you’re greeted by the comforting embrace of bamboo, its natural tones weaving a tapestry of warmth and tranquility.
The living area, bathed in soft, dappled light, offers a cozy space to unwind and connect with nature. Adjacent, the fully-equipped kitchen and chic dining table set the stage for delightful meals infused with the essence of Ubud.
Both bedrooms are sanctuaries of relaxation, adorned with romantic mosquito nets that add a touch of whimsy while ensuring undisturbed slumber. Views of the garden and shimmering pool complete the experience, ensuring every waking moment is filled with the gentle hum of nature.
For those moments of indulgence, the bathtub beckons, promising soaks that rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul, while the pool provides a refreshing respite from the tropical warmth.

Guest Access
The villa and pool will be reserved for you. There will be a host who will be your contact person during your stay. We have a team existing of housekeeping, gardener, and pool boy to make sure that the villa is in pristine condition.
Neighborhood overview
Penestanan is a much sort after area filled with galleries, spas, restaurants, funky cafes and only 5 minute drive into town. You can casually walk into town past some amazing little shops and enjoy the scenery. Our complex is surrounded by rice paddies. It is a 5 minute walk to Alchemy Restaurant.
Getting Around
It takes about 1,5 hour from the airport to get to the house. It is very advisable to arrange an airport pick-up with us as our driver knows the location of the house. This can safe a lot of hassle as none of the airport taxis know the location. It makes it even more difficult also our complex cannot be reached by car. The costs are 400.000 IDR and are the same as airport taxis.
From the house you can walk to the shops, restaurants, yoga places and rice fields.
The best way to explore Ubud is by scooter, but make sure you have experience as it can be dangerous. We can help you with renting a scooter for your stay. For the less adventurous guests, we can help you renting a bicycle. Or if you you want to walking to the center of Ubud, you only need 20 minutes by walking.
Taxi’s can be called at any moment and can take you anywhere.
We can also help you with organising tours, transfers or a day of sightseeing with a private driver.
