Neighborhood overview
Bingin is a stunning beach with unrivalled views over the Indian Ocean and the great wave that make it one of the most demanded surfing points by surfers in Bali and the world.
The five star wave here is big, powerful and challenging. It has been able to stimulate and fascinate the adrenaline of every surfer, and especially the experienced and professional surfers.
Although a small distance away from the parking area, it’s never been easier to walk down to the beach with an access that keeps getting better.
When you first arrive, you will have to walk down some narrow alley ways and if you are new to Bali, you will probably question if you are in the right place. . . but don’t worry, eventually the alley ways open up to incredible ocean views.

Bingin Beach is located in the South of Bali, in the Pecatu Village. It is only 30 minutes from Denpasar Airport and less than 10 minutes to Uluwatu Temple, one of the stunning tourist destinations of Bali Island.
Bingin is also situated close to the other famous surfing points such as Padang-Padang, Impossible and Dreamland within swimming distance as well as Uluwatu, Suluban, and Balangan. Most of these can even be walked to and from during a beautiful low tide.
Walking along the then exposed coral riff is a breathtaking experience.
Getting Around
Airport transfers:
The villa is located on 18 km from the airport and it will take about 40 minutes, depending on traffic.
Taxis:
Taxis can be ordered at any moment by the staff. These taxis are a bit more expensive, but we have to cooperate with the local taxi community. Online taxis are not allowed and cannot pick you up (drop off only).
Scooters:
Scooters can be rented right away at the property and cost 80k IDR per day. We advice to only drive a scooter if you have experience, but it is the best option to go around.
Daytours:
We can assist with organizing day tours for you in advance or at the property with the staff.
Walking:
Bingin beach is 8 mins walk, restaurants and convenience stores can be reached by foot.
